"This is an easy, delicious hot-buttered rum that doesn't require cream or ice cream. Keep the mixture on hand in the fridge for use anytime. You can substitute 1/2 cup hot strong coffee or tea for the rum and boiling water."

• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 teaspoon finely grated fresh orange peel
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pumpkin pie spice

Instructions :

• Mix the brown sugar together with the butter and orange peel in a mixing bowl until evenly blended. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
